The importance of sleep

I have attached an article I found a few years ago that provides some simple data on the importance of sleeping.  It's short and compiles data from some high profile athletes.  As we increase our workouts the number one thing you can do recover for your body is rest.  Your parents and I will continually ask you to put down the electronics by 9pm and lights out by 10pm.  For those of you who are serious about playing any sport at the next level you will have to begin now making a commitment to yourself and your body.  For those of you do, over time, you will see the results in your workouts I promise.  Here is the link.
